Muscatine utilizes the Iowa State Plumbing Code which is the UPC.
Based on your project's occupancy, you should provide at least two toilet rooms.
One male and one female. Each should have one toilet and one lavatory. The male toilet room should also have one urinal.
All fixtures must be A.D.A. compliant.
