" RepWars Reply... Most manufacturers are tooling-up to meet the requirements. I know of three (as of Feb. 2004) that admit they currently comply. There may be more, but you should contact the manufacturer before you specify them. The three we know of are PVI (www.pvi.com) , Lochinvar (www.lochinvar.com) and Raypak (www.raypak.com) .
